  • 此產(chǎn)品應用真空自呼吸之原理，使液體經(jīng)由噴嘴和空氣混合霧化，噴射至加工件，刀具軸承等潤滑點(diǎn)。冷卻效果佳，并提供潤滑、除屑、清潔等功能，以提升生產(chǎn)效率及加工品質(zhì)，減少機械刀具之損耗。
    1 .在加工過(guò)程中冷卻，潤滑， 吹除鐵屑可一次完成。
    2 .可提高加工速度，節省加工時(shí)間及費用，并減少刀具磨損。
    3 .有助于加工品質(zhì)的確保及刀具最佳使用效果。
    4 .加工合金或超硬材質(zhì)，亦可達到平滑、高精度之表面。
    5 .增加密合方式，可避免內部泄漏，延長(cháng)使用壽命。
